1.High Quality Material:
Inflatable obsatcle course use Commercial grade 0.55mm(1000D, 18 OZ) PVC tarpaulin (Plato) which has 3 layers:two PVC coated up and down with a strong net fabric inside, which is fire retardant, water-proof,Anti-UV, and anti-ruptured.
2. Best Sewing Machines:
They are using the best double stitching sewing machines with 12 lines high strength bundy line for connecting the best 18 ounce PVC tarpaulin.These sewing machines all contolled by experienced techinc workers,double stitching everywherer to ensure products are sewed strong and durable.
3.1. Reinforced Stripes at Joint:
Our technicians will make reinforced stripes at the bottom joint and each corner. So when the kids bounce on the games, you do not need to worry about the safety at all. As the bottom can bear the kids no matter how they play on the games
.
3.2 Durable Zippers:
We make strong zipper at bottom of each inflatable. Zippers can help you deflate the inflatable more quickly. Above the zipper, there is a zipper cover, which is help to disperse the zipper's stress.
3.3 Safety Blower Pipe:
For the pipe connected with blower, we specially design one flap on the inside end of the pipe, it will flap up when blower on, and will flap down when power failure suddenly and the blower off. It can prevent the air outflow, and protect the children.
3.4 D-clasp Rings for Fixation:
Each product will have thick D- clasp rings or circle rings to fix the inflatable onto the ground to remain steady.
